CHS Career Site seeks a Physical Therapist for outpatient care in Naples, FL. The role involves evaluating patients, planning personalized therapies, and delivering treatments with accurate documentation.

You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, and contribute to a high-quality clinical environment. A DPT is required, with 0–2 years of PT experience preferred.

Formación

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) required.
• 0–2 years of experience in a physical therapy setting recommended.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct thorough PT evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Administer safe therapy treatments and document interventions accurately.
• Reassess and adjust treatment plans as patient progresses.
• Educate patients and families on plans and home exercises.
• Maintain clean, safe clinical environment and equipment.
• Collaborate with physicians and team for continuity of care.
