Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 4+ years in skilled trades.
• Experience in repair and maintenance of pellet plant equipment.
• Ability to lead staff and train crew.
• Ability to read sketches, blueprints, shop drawings and work orders.
• Commitment to safety and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Organizes a team of technicians across crafts.
• Provides guidance and directives to crew.
• Delivers strong customer service alongside technical knowledge.
• Oversees duties of crew and performance evaluations.
• Maintains motors, gearboxes, conveyors, pumps, and pellet mill equipment.
• Coordinates purchasing of parts and manages work orders.
• Ensures safety practices and codes compliance.
• Maintains tools and shop conditions.
• Troubleshoots equipment and replaces components.
