Job summary

Rudolph Foods is seeking a Pellet Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations in our pellet production facilities in Lima, Ohio. You will oversee a diverse team, ensure equipment reliability, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement in safety, quality, and productivity.

The role requires strong leadership, CMMS proficiency, and collaboration with Production, QA, and Engineering to meet operational goals.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in a technical field or equivalent experience is required.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of maintenance leadership experience in a food manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and utility systems.
• Proficiency in CMMS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 19 maintenance technicians.
• Oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs using CMMS.
• Ensure OSHA, EPA, and other regulatory compliance and safety.
• Collaborate with HR and union representatives on staffing and labor relations.
• Lead projects to improve reliability, reduce downtime, and optimize costs.
• Maintain and update SOPs and training materials.
