Job summary

Enviva is seeking a maintenance technician to support the 24/7 pellet manufacturing process by performing preventive maintenance and repairs on critical equipment. The role requires adherence to environmental, health, and safety guidelines and the ability to work with diverse machinery and hand/power tools.

The ideal candidate will lift up to 50 lbs, read technical diagrams, and operate within a hot and noisy industrial environment, with the potential for evening, weekend, or overnight shifts

Qualifications

• Adheres to OSHA and Enviva safety practices.
• Capable of lifting 50 lbs and climbing ladders; bring basic tools.
• Experience with preventive, predictive, and proactive maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, repair, and maintain pipes and related equipment to support 24/7 pellet production.
• Diagnose and repair motors, gearboxes, conveyors, pumps and other rotating equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance, lubrication, and inspections; document results.
