Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of progressive maintenance experience.
• Mechanical maintenance and repair skills.
• Proven experience leading in a manufacturing/industrial environment.
• Strong pellet mill equipment knowledge and maintenance practices.
• Proficient with maintenance management software/tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate maintenance activities for pellet mill equipment to minimize downtime.
• Lead, mentor, and train maintenance technicians.
• Conduct regular inspections and assessments of equipment.
• Forecast maintenance activities and supplies with Plant Maintenance Manager.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Participate in troubleshooting of equipment failures to improve performance.
• Assist in planning major maintenance projects or equipment upgrades.
