Job summary

CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) seeks an IT Lead System Architect to guide multiple development teams and stakeholders in translating business requirements into a fully functional PEGA-based application. You will mentor the teams, assist in creating technical deliverables, and help plan timelines and resource needs.

The role emphasizes establishing standards, reusable components, and close collaboration with PEGA and IT teams to deliver robust government software solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 4+ years of experience with PEGA Smart BPM.
• 4+ years of experience with Case Development.
• 4+ years of experience as a PEGA Business Architect.
• 4+ years of experience in managing software functional requirements throughout the SDLC.
• 4+ years of experience with Agile Software Development.
• 4+ years of experience in documentation of requirements, test cases, and training material.
• 4+ years of experience in leading test execution; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple teams of developers, SMEs and stakeholders to translate business requirements into a fully functional application.
• Assist in development and review of technical deliverables as the PEGA architect.
• Establish standards, develop repeatable processes, and design reusable components.
• Assist in project planning including timelines, team composition, and resource leveling.
• Mentor software development team members as needed.
• Provide support to customer success teams.
• Capture functional software requirements and translate into user stories.
• Publish software release notes and maintain product documentation.
