Job summary

CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) is seeking an IT Lead System Architect in Virginia to lead multiple development teams. You will translate business requirements into an enterprise-grade application, mentor staff, and establish reusable components and standards.

PEGA architecture experience is essential. The role requires collaboration with business product owners and stakeholders, contributing to Agile sprints and planning, and supporting customer success teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
4+ years of experience with PEGA Smart BPM.
4+ years of experience with Case Development.
4+ years of experience as a PEGA Business Architect.
4+ years of experience in managing software requirements through SDLC.
4+ years in Agile software development.
4+ years in documenting requirements, test cases, and training material.
4+ years leading test execution.
4+ years configuring and deploying enterprise software solutions.
Strong communication skills.
Experience in delivering software to customers.

Responsibilities

Lead multiple teams of developers, SMEs, and stakeholders to translate requirements into a functioning application.
Mentor development teams and publish release notes and documentation.
Define solution acceptance criteria and assist in software testing.
Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to translate business requirements into applications.
Support customer success teams and participate in Agile sprints and planning.
Capture functional requirements and translate into user stories.
