Job summary

Contact Government Services (CGS) is seeking an IT Systems Architect in Atlanta to lead multiple teams of developers, SMEs, and stakeholders, translating business requirements into a scalable application and mentoring the teams.

As the PEGA architect, you will help develop technical deliverables, set standards, design reusable components, and assist in project planning, including timelines and resource leveling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS or related field.
• 4+ years with PEGA Smart BPM.
• 4+ years of Case Development experience.
• 4+ years as PEGA Business Architect.
• 4+ years managing software requirements through SDLC.
• 4+ years in Agile software development.
• 4+ years documenting requirements, test cases, and training materials.
• 4+ years leading test execution.
• 4+ years deploying software solutions at enterprise level.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple teams of developers, SMEs, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into a fully functional application.
• Mentor software development teams and establish standards for reusable components.
• Assist in PEGA architecture and development of technical deliverables.
• Contribute to project planning, timelines, team composition, and resource leveling.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and support customer success activities.
• Publish and maintain documentation and ensure acceptance criteria are met.
