Job summary

CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) in Los Angeles seeks an IT Lead System Architect to guide multiple development teams in translating business requirements into a PEGA-based, fully functional application, with enterprise vision and reusable components.

You will mentor developers, define standards, assist in planning timelines and resource leveling, and review technical deliverables as the PEGA architect, collaborating with stakeholders to deliver value to government clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS or related field.
• 4+ years with PEGA Smart BPM.
• 4+ years with Case Development.
• 4+ years as a PEGA Business Architect.
• 4+ years in managing software requirements throughout the SDLC.
• 4+ years of Agile software development.
• Experience documenting requirements, test cases, and training material.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience delivering software to customers.

Responsibilities
