Job summary

CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) seeks an IT Lead System Architect in an enterprise setting in Charlotte, NC. You will guide multiple teams to convert business requirements and use cases into a fully functional PEGA-based application, mentoring staff and aligning EPGA standards with enterprise goals.

You will help plan timelines, allocate resources, review deliverables, and enable scalable, reusable components while collaborating with stakeholders and customer success teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 4+ years of experience with PEGA Smart BPM.
• 4+ years of experience with Case Development.
• 4+ years of experience as a PEGA Business Architect.
• 4+ years of experience in managing software functional requirements throughout the SDLC.
• 4+ years of experience with Agile Software Development.
• 4+ years of experience in documenting requirements, test cases, and training material.
• 4+ years of experience in leading test execution; strong communication skills.
• Experience in organizations that develop and deliver software to customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple teams of developers, SMEs and stakeholders to translate requirements into a functional application.
• Mentor development teams and establish standards and reusable components.
• Assist in project planning, timelines, and resource leveling.
• Review technical deliverables and support PEGA architecture work.
