Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
4+ years with PEGA Smart BPM.
4+ years of PEGA Case Development experience.
4+ years as a PEGA Business Architect.
4+ years in managing software requirements through the SDLC.
4+ years in Agile software development.
4+ years in documenting requirements, test cases, and training material.
4+ years in leading test execution.
4+ years in enterprise deployment of software solutions.
Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead multiple teams of developers and SMEs to translate requirements into a functional application.
Mentor software development teams and review technical deliverables.
Establish standards, reusable components, and project timelines.
Plan composition of technical teams and level resources for projects.
Collaborate with business owners and stakeholders to translate requirements into the app.
Participate in Agile sprints and sprint planning.
Define acceptance criteria and assist in software testing.
