Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field.
• 4+ years with PEGA Smart BPM.
• 4+ years Case Development.
• 4+ years PEGA Business Architect.
• 4+ years managing software requirements through SDLC.
• 4+ years Agile software development.
• 4+ years documenting requirements, test cases, and training materials.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience delivering software to government customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple teams to translate requirements into a functioning application.
