The ideal candidate has extensive experience leading enterprise Pega CDH implementations and can take ownership of a complex production environment with minimal ramp-up time. Experience must include direct responsibility for customer decisioning capabilities beyond general Pega case management or workflow development.

- Translate business requirements into scalable decisioning solutions supporting high-volume customer engagement.
- Design and develop Next Best Action strategies across real-time inbound and outbound channels.
- Configure issues, groups, actions, treatments, taxonomies, and engagement policies.
- Build eligibility, applicability, suitability, contact policy, suppression, and arbitration rules.
- Develop decision strategies incorporating propensity, business value, customer context, prioritization, and relevance.
- Configure adaptive and predictive models, champion-challenger testing, and model monitoring. Use Prediction Studio to manage, evaluate, deploy, and monitor analytical models.
- Design real-time containers and APIs supporting web, mobile, contact center, and other inbound channels.
- Develop outbound decisioning and campaign orchestration capabilities for email, SMS, direct mail, and other communication channels.
- Design data flows, data sets, event strategies, customer profile updates, and real-time processing patterns.
- Integrate CDH with customer data platforms, databases, cloud services, analytical platforms, and external systems using REST, SOAP, streaming, and database integrations.
- Write and optimize SQL for data validation, customer segmentation, troubleshooting, reporting, and production analysis.
- Lead platform upgrades, application modernization, cloud migrations, and technical remediation.
- Review application architecture, class structures, rulesets, data models, security, integration patterns, and deployment strategies.
- Conduct code reviews and enforce Pega guardrails and development best practices.
- Diagnose production incidents involving decision strategies, integrations, data flows, APIs, models, performance, and customer eligibility.
- Use Pega diagnostic and monitoring tools to identify performance issues, failed processes, data problems, and production defects.
- Support release planning, deployment validation, regression testing, performance testing, and post-production monitoring.
- Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, data scientists, engineers, architects, and infrastructure teams.
- Mentor System Architects, Senior System Architects, decisioning consultants, and developers.
- Create architecture diagrams, technical designs, support documentation, deployment plans, and operational procedures.
- Communicate technical risks, dependencies, design decisions, and production issues to technical and business leadership.
