ManpowerGroup is seeking a Pega AI CDH Architect to drive design, configuration, and delivery of Pega AI and Customer Decisioning Hub solutions in a remote role across the United States. The role requires hands-on ownership of architecture and delivery with minimal supervision.

The ideal candidate has CLSA certification and strong experience in Pega CDH and AI features, including Knowledge Buddy and Voice AI, plus robust API integration and governance capabilities.

Formación

• Pega CLSA certification is required.
• Hands-on Pega CDH implementation with customer decisioning strategies.

• Strong REST APIs experience with JSON, XML and SQL integration.
• Experience with customer profiles, propositions, eligibility rules and journeys; AI governance familiarity.

Responsabilidades

Our client, a leading enterprise organization is seeking a Pega AI CDH Architect to join their team. As a Pega AI CDH Architect, you will be part of the Technology organization supporting Decisioning and AI Enablement teams. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on technical ownership, strong architecture and implementation experience, and the ability to independently drive complex Pega AI and Customer Decisioning Hub (CDH) delivery with minimal supervision, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Design, configure, develop, integrate, troubleshoot, and implement Pega AI capabilities and Customer Decisioning Hub (CDH) solutions.
• Lead hands‑on implementation of Pega AI features, including Knowledge Buddy and Voice AI, and apply Pega guardrails and best practices throughout delivery.
• Build and optimize AI‑powered decisioning strategies such as Next‑Best‑Action, Strategy Designer, adaptive and predictive models, and real‑time decisioning.
• Integrate Pega with enterprise APIs, data platforms, and external AI services, including LLMs, while ensuring reliable event‑driven and real‑time integrations.
• Support AI governance and model governance requirements, including responsible AI considerations, and continuously improve performance and reliability of AI/decisioning components.

What's Needed?

• Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA) certification (must‑have).
• Experience implementing Pega CDH (Customer Decisioning Hub), with strong hands‑on capability in customer decisioning strategies and engagement policies.
• Hands‑on Pega AI experience (preferred), including Pega Knowledge Buddy and/or Pega Voice AI; if not available, demonstrate other forms of AI within Pega.
• Strong experience with REST APIs and working with JSON, XML, and SQL, including integration patterns for real‑time and event‑driven systems.
• Experience with customer profiles, propositions, eligibility rules, and customer journeys, plus familiarity with AI governance/model governance.
