Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Pega Lead System Architect to design and optimize enterprise-grade Pega platforms for payer domain operations, analytics, and advanced reporting. You will lead architecture and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable, maintainable solutions.

You will guide a team of Pega professionals, oversee interfaces and integrations, and ensure data accuracy across healthcare systems, driving efficiency for global markets.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years of experience in analysis, system design, development, and troubleshooting of enterprise applications.
• Strong expertise in Pega Business Rules, Pega PRPC, related workflow applications, and Pega support models.
• Experience leading architecture, design, and delivery of Pega solutions integrated with legacy healthcare systems.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and Oracle databases.
• Healthcare domain experience, preferably within payer environments.

About the Role

As a Pega Lead System Architect, you will make an impact by architecting and optimizing enterprise-grade Pega platforms for process analysis and advanced reporting, ensuring scalable and maintainable solutions that support payer domain operations. You will be a valued member of the Pega Architecture and Delivery team and work collaboratively with clients, business stakeholders, healthcare domain experts, developers, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality digital process automation solutions that improve operational efficiency across global markets.

In This Role, You Will

• Lead the architecture, analysis, design, and delivery of Pega PRPC and related workflow applications while ensuring scalability, maintainability, and alignment with business objectives.

Salary and Other Compensation

The annual salary for this position is between $129,500 - $152,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
