• Analyze business decisioning requirements and define use cases within Pega CDH.
• Design and implement decisioning frameworks using Pega strategies and arbitration logic.
• Configure decision rules, engagement policies, and Next-Best-Action (NBA) strategies.
• Develop and manage offers, treatments, and proposition hierarchies.
• Collaborate with data teams for customer data integration and alignment.
• Perform testing, validation, and troubleshooting of decision strategies.
• Support deployment, monitoring, tuning, and optimization of decisioning solutions.
• Provide knowledge transfer, documentation, and ongoing support to business and technical teams.
• Decisioning approach and architecture/design documentation.
• Configured Pega decision strategies, rules, and NBA frameworks.
• Offer and proposition setup within Pega CDH.
• Test plans, validation reports, and supporting artifacts.
• Deployment support and optimization recommendations.
• Knowledge transfer and technical documentation.
