Job summary

Princeton IT Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced Pega Lead Business Architect to bridge business and technology teams, lead requirements gathering, and translate business needs into functional application solutions.

The role requires strong business analysis, use case development, Agile experience, and enterprise software implementation knowledge. Location is Trenton, NJ with a Hybrid work model (2 days on-site).

Qualifications

• 9+ years of relevant professional experience.
• 7+ years of experience in business analysis and use case development.
• Pega Business Architect certification with at least 4 years of post-certification experience.
• 7+ years of experience managing functional requirements throughout the SDLC.
• 7+ years of experience working in Agile software development environments.
• 7+ years of experience in requirements documentation, functional design, test case development, and test execution.
• 7+ years of experience with enterprise software configuration and deployment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Manage functional requirements throughout the SDLC.
• Lead stakeholder workshops, sprint planning, and backlog reviews.
• Develop process flows, functional designs, test cases, and supporting documentation.
• Support test planning, execution, validation, and deployment.
• Identify project risks and coordinate mitigation activities.
