Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant work experience.
• At least 4 years of related business analysis.
• At least 4 Use Case Development.
• 4+ years of experience as a PEGA Business Architect.
• Experience in software development and system integration projects.
• Experience in Agile software development and SDLC.

Responsibilities

• Acts as liaison between Business and Technology teams and translate between technical and non-technical members.
• Gathers user stories with Product Owners and stakeholders and translates into requirements.
• Defines solution strategies and technology impacts/solutions.
• Identifies and mitigates risks to projects.
• Supports Agile teams during sprints and testing.
