Active Alliance in Trenton, NJ seeks a Pega Lead Business Architect (W2) with 9+ years of experience. The role requires PEGA Business Architect certification and 4 years post-certification, with a hybrid schedule (3 days remote, 2 on-site) for locals.

You will act as liaison between Business and Technology, translate requirements, lead agile teams, and mentor analysts while shaping enterprise-scale software solutions.

Competenze

• Minimum 9+ years of relevant experience.
• PEGA Business Architect certification with 4 years post-certification experience.
• Local candidate required with ability to work a hybrid schedule (3 days remote, 2 days on-site).

Mansioni

• Acts as liaison between Business and Technology teams and translates between technical and non-technical members.
• Gathers user stories with Business Product Owners and stakeholders and translates into requirements.
• Defines solution acceptance criteria and supports software testing.
• Publishes release notes and maintains product documentation.
• Mentors Analysts and leads agile teams as needed.
• Coordinates with Product Manager to facilitate backlog reviews and sprint planning.
