Job summary

Next Ventures is seeking a Pega Lead Business Architect (LBA) in the Iselin, NJ or Charlotte, NC area with 2 days per week onsite. The role requires 12+ years in IT and 8+ years hands-on Pega requirement management, with deep Banking domain experience.

You will translate business needs into Pega requirements and coordinate with onsite and offshore teams to deliver SDA-based solutions. The ideal candidate will drive legacy discovery, promote OOB features, and ensure minimal customizations while

Qualifications

• Experience working on Pega projects.
• Minimum 10 years as a BA, including 5–6 years in Pega.
• Experience in Banking domain.
• Ability to translate business requirements into Pega requirements.
• Ability to work independently with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Drive legacy application discovery with business teams.
• Translate requirements into Pega SDA framework.
• Promote OOB features aligned with business processes.
• Define and track user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Run Show & Tell sessions with Client as needed.
• Provide user trainings before UAT starts.
• Support users in creating business scenarios and test data.
