Qualifications

• 9+ years of relevant work experience.
• 7+ years of related business analysis.
• 7+ Use Case Development.
• 7+ years as a PEGA Business Architect with 3 years of current certification.
• Broad experience in delivering software to customers.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience with business process modeling and change management.
• Experience documenting requirements, functional design and leading test execution.

Responsibilities

• Managing software functional requirements throughout the SDLC.
• Participation in an Agile software development environment.
• Working with users/stakeholders to understand and capture software solution needs.
• Configuration and deployment of software solutions at the enterprise level.
• Documentation of requirements, test cases, and training material.
• Translate between Business and Technology teams for clarity.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Stakeholders to draft user stories.
• Translate business vision into technology solutions.
• Work with Technology teams to meet business needs.
• Identify and mitigate project risks proactively.
• Perform multiple roles as needed during projects.
• Engage internal stakeholders to understand business problems to be solved.
• Capture functional requirements and translate into user stories.
• Coordinate with Product Manager for backlog reviews.
• Participate in Agile sprints and planning.
• Lead agile teams and processes as needed.
• Define acceptance criteria and assist in testing.
• Publish release notes and maintain product documentation.
• Develop and maintain solution training material.
• Mentor Business Analysts and other team members.
• Integrate best practices into procedures.
• Lead client workshops around software products and processes.
• Support customer success teams.
• Conduct process and product training as needed.
• IT technical background is a plus.
