Job summary

Racedog Technologies in Iselin, NJ seeks a Pega Lead Business Architect (LBA) to bridge business vision with Pega delivery. You will direct DCO sessions, define business use cases, map end-to-end case lifecycles, and collaborate with LSAs and product owners to ensure agile success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• 11+ years IT experience with Pega LBA background.
• PCBA or advanced Pega LBA certifications required.
• Experience leading DCO sessions for enterprise Pega apps.
• Deep knowledge of Pega CPM, Decision Hub, and case management.

Responsibilities

• Lead DCO sessions and translate business requirements into Pega specs.
• Define end-to-end case lifecycles, SLAs, and UI requirements.
• Bridge business strategy with Pega technical execution across squads.
• Coordinate UAT, training, and stakeholder demonstrations.
• Mentor junior analysts and establish Pega requirements best practices.
• Ensure adherence to Pega guardrails and OOTB usage.
• Create functional specs, process flows, and training manuals.
