Job summary

Next Ventures seeks a Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) to drive end-to-end Pega implementations from design through delivery. Requires deep Pega expertise, financial domain experience, and strong leadership to mentor teams and align with enterprise standards.

Hybrid work arrangement with onsite presence in Iselin, NJ or Charlotte, NC; Start ASAP. Must have PCLSA Part 2 and Smart Dispute framework exposure.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT experience with 8+ years in Pega design and architecture.
• PCLSA – PART 2 complete.
• Pega Smart Dispute Framework experience in financial domain.
• Pega 7.x, 8.x and Pega Infinity experience.
• Expertise in Case Management, Business rules, data modeling and UI kits Cosmos/Constellation UI.
• Integrations (REST, SOAP, JMS, File, Database).
• Strong Build/performance/rollouts optimization and best practices.
• Excellent client-facing communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Pega application implementations through Center Out approach.
• Drive design, architecture, and delivery of Pega-based enterprise solutions.
• Mentor teams and ensure alignment with Pega best practices and enterprise standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to meet business objectives and timelines.
