Job Description:

The candidate will be responsible for analyzing, designing, developing, and implementing systems and software, along with completing various project work streams and deliverables.

• Developing policies, standards, and guidelines for the selection, development, implementation, and use of PEGA across the organization.
• Converting business requirements into BPM Pega rules process commander (PRPC) system specifications.
• Implementing PRPC solutions that integrate multiple platforms, operating systems, and applications to optimize costs and information flow.
• Creating and documenting frameworks for integration and implementation, ensuring adherence to technical standards.
• Reviewing requirements, analyzing, and preparing solution and technical design documents for enterprise and tenant applications, including multitenant requirements.
• Developing data models, UI designs, database and services integrations, PEGA IAC, and workflows with PEGA components.
• Automating legacy manual processes using PRPC and leveraging Pega Healthcare Framework & Pega Customer Relationship Management.
• Assisting in setting up new PEGA environments and migrating existing environments to AWS.
• Performing upgrades from legacy PEGA versions to the latest releases.
• Working with integration components like SOAP, REST, SQL, CMIS, Java, and File Services, and integrating with internal systems such as MTV, GAMMA, OSR, Salesforce, Provider Tools, and Alfresco.
• Developing reports for various departments using PRPC & Pega BIX, and guiding Business Objects XI (BOXI) report creation.
• Conducting code reviews, unit and regression testing, and managing code deployments using tools like Pega RAP, SVN, and Jenkins.
• Optimizing application performance utilizing tools like PAL, Pega Log Analyzer, and DB Trace.
• Designing and developing web services with Java frameworks, using IDEs such as Eclipse and STS, and managing deployments across environments.
• Applying object-oriented principles and RDBMS tools like Oracle as required.
• Assessing the impact of change requests and implementing them without disrupting existing workflows.
• Identifying and resolving critical issues in production environments.
• Coordinating with offshore team members and reviewing their deliverables for P2E and related projects.
