Position Description: Utilize agile development methodologies to analyze, develop, and test system solutions in response to business requirements. Understand user stories, identify appropriate designs, code to the design specifications, and complete unit testing to ensure quality delivery. Collaborate with stakeholders across IT and business teams through all project phases, including requirements, design, build, delivery, and user acceptance testing. Leverage industry expertise to consult on project direction and promote Pega best practices. Ensure the delivered product is fully functional, meets business requirements, and exceeds stakeholder expectations. Create and maintain documentation, participate in design and code reviews, and support all IT processes and standards. Maintain urgency towards timelines, participate in on-call rotations, and communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders. Develop code, analyze and resolve system issues, and handle medium-to-complex user stories impacting multiple applications. Identify process and technical deficiencies and propose solutions. Maintain high regard for member privacy in accordance with policies. This is a 100% remote position.
Salary: $73,751 - $111,608/year
Actual salary depends on experience, education, and other factors. Benefits may include health/dental insurance, retirement plans, wellness programs, paid time off, and holidays.
