We are seeking a highly skilled Lead AEM Developer to join our dynamic team. This role requires deep expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and front-end development, including proficiency in modern frameworks like AlpineJS. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, customize, and maintain AEM-based solutions that meet business and client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
AEM Development:
Design, develop, and maintain scalable AEM components, templates, and workflows.
Implement AEM-based solutions for websites and web applications, ensuring performance, scalability, and maintainability.
Lead AEM teams for solutioning
Customize and integrate AEM with third-party tools and platforms as needed.
Front-End Development:
Develop responsive and user-friendly interfaces using AlpineJS, HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript frameworks.
Collaborate with designers and UX teams to translate wireframes and mockups into functional components.
Collaboration:
Work closely with backend developers, QA engineers, and stakeholders to deliver end-to-end solutions.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
Optimization & Maintenance:
Authoring technical user stories, including Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs)
API and Schema review/approval
Defect triage
Technical root cause analysis
API error identification
Reviewing logs to identify technical issues
Ensure the performance and reliability of AEM applications.
Conduct code reviews, optimize code for performance, and adhere to coding standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
Required Qualifications:
Technical Expertise:
5+ years of experience as an AEM developer, including experience with AEM 6.x or later.
Expertise in AEM 6.x+, including Sling, OSGi, JCR, and Dispatcher.
Mandatory Proficiency in AlpineJS and other front-end technologies (e.g., Typescript,Angular, React, Node.js, HTML5, CSS3, and SCSS).
Strong knowledge in Java Script / Type Script/NodeJs programming languages
Hands-on experience integrating AEM with third-party APIs and services
Hands-on experience with modern front-end build tools and frameworks (e.g., Webpack, Vite).
Familiarity with Java-based development for AEM backends and Sling models.
Integration Experience:
Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and integrating AEM with external systems.
Experience with third-party integrations, including analytics tools, marketing automation platforms, and CRMs.
Development Practices:
Solid understanding of responsive and accessible web development best practices.
Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and agile methodologies.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with other JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Vue.js, React, or Angular).
Experience with cloud-based AEM implementations (e.g., Adobe Experience Cloud).
Knowledge of SEO and web performance optimization techniques.
Understanding of containerization tools like Docker or Kubernetes.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
