Role: AEM Developer

Location: Remote - USA

Duration: 12 months

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the planning and design of advanced Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) solutions that align with business objectives, deliver strong performance, and support future scalability.
2. Leverage hands-on expertise with MuleSoft and API development to integrate various systems and services effectively.
3. Develop and maintain AEM Adaptive Forms to ensure seamless and user-friendly digital interactions.
4. Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, analysts, and project managers to gather requirements and translate them into effective AEM implementations.
5. Design and oversee integrations with systems such as Pega, e-commerce platforms, and third-party tools to ensure smooth interoperability.
6. Participate in and guide the development of custom AEM components, templates, and workflows tailored to business needs.
7. Optimize AEM performance and scalability by conducting code reviews and enforcing industry best practices in development.
8. Ensure all AEM implementations adhere to security standards and regulatory requirements, incorporating robust security measures throughout.
9. Create and maintain detailed technical documentation to support ongoing development, testing, and operations.
10. Stay informed on the latest AEM features, enhancements, and industry trends; evaluate their potential benefits and recommend adoption where applicable.
11. Design and implement API integrations—such as REST, SOAP, and GraphQL—to extend AEM functionality and enhance the overall user experience.
