Job summary

Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center in Seattle, WA, seeks a Program Coordinator, Peer-to-Peer to support the Experience & Engagement team with day-to-day administrative duties and donor outreach.

The role contributes to donor acquisition pipelines, manages fundraising pages, and coordinates across teams. A cover letter is required; two days per week on-site at South Lake Union and occasional travel may be needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• One year work experience.

Responsibilities

• Respond to donor and prospective donor inquiries via the department’s main phone line and email inboxes.
• Assist with the creation, upkeep, and reporting of peer-to-peer fundraising pages.
• Coordinate memorial giving pages including responding to inquiries and reporting fundraising information to next-of-kin.
• Provide general administrative support for the team including scheduling, agendas, and minutes; budgeting reconciliation; electronic filing; conference room reservations.
• Coordinate across teams to support program activities.
• Respond to donor/internal inquiries with excellent customer service.
• Carry out complex data entry and data hygiene functions.
• Follow gift processing and documentation procedures.
• Collaborate to refine, improve, and document processes.
