Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center, based in Seattle, seeks a Program Coordinator, Peer-to-Peer in a hybrid role for the Philanthropy team. You will support donor relations, maintain peer-to-peer fundraising pages, and manage essential administrative duties to advance fundraising goals.

This role requires strong customer service, data handling, and collaboration across teams, with some travel and weekend/evening work as needed.

Competenze

• Customer service experience, preferably in nonprofit or similar setting.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Highly developed organizational and information management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and quality of work.
• Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively in a complex organization.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM fundraising software.

Mansioni

• Respond to donor and prospective donor inquiries via phone and email.
• Assist with creation, upkeep, and reporting of peer-to-peer fundraising pages.
• Coordinate memorial giving pages including inquiries, setup, and reporting to next-of-kin.
• Provide general administrative support for the team: scheduling, agendas, minutes, budgeting, filing, meeting rooms.
