Klamath Basin Behavioral Health is seeking a Peer Support Supervisor to lead a high-performing team of Peer Support Specialists in outpatient settings. You will provide clinical and administrative supervision, support onboarding, and ensure service quality while maintaining a clinical caseload.

The ideal candidate has a graduate degree, licensure eligibility, and experience supervising in community mental health.

Qualifications

• Conduct mental health assessments.
• Develop and oversee treatment planning.
• Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy within the scope of training.
• Evaluate client needs and coordinate appropriate interventions.
• Support clinical decision-making and staff development.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise up to 12 Peer Support Specialists.
• Improve access and quality of services.
• Maintain clinical caseload while meeting productivity and quality expectations.
• Ensure documentation accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with Program Managers, therapists, and care navigators to improve outcomes.
