Klamath Basin Behavioral Health (KBBH) is seeking an Adult Intensive Services Clinical Supervisor in Klamath Falls. You will lead residential and respite care for adults, guiding a team with trauma-informed, compassionate leadership and clinical excellence.

You will oversee goal setting, therapy delivery, and cross-team coordination while ensuring documentation, ethics, and state standards are met. This is a mission-driven role with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in psychology, social work, or related behavioral health field (QMHP eligible).
• Minimum three years of clinical supervision experience for QMHA certified staff.
• Strong clinical assessment, planning, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee treatment of adults in residential/respite programs by developing treatment goals, providing individual and group therapy, and ensuring care meets high clinical and ethical standards.
• Supervise staff by providing clinical guidance and real-time feedback, fostering a growth-minded environment built on accountability and trust.
• Champion quality by reviewing documentation for accuracy and alignment with treatment plans.
• Ensure all paperwork is present and complete at time of client intake and discharge.
• Coordinate work schedules and monitor compliance; review and approve timecards.
• Oversee food inventory and monitor menu compliance; provide oversight for state and internal compliance.
• Coordinate care across DHS, DOC, Sky Lakes Medical Center, Local Treatment Courts, and internal teams to ensure seamless paths to stability.
• Step up as a leader when the Program Manager is unavailable and keep facilities running smoothly.
• Support clients with therapeutic presence and crisis support during high-stress moments.
