Terros Health is seeking a Peer Support Specialist to join our interdisciplinary team at Oak Recovery Health Center in Phoenix. This full-time position offers a structured schedule (Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm) and a comprehensive benefits package, including PTO and 401K.

The role focuses on empowering individuals with Serious Mental Illness or General Mental Health diagnoses under court-ordered treatment.

Seeking a Peer Support Specialist to join our interdisciplinary team working with individuals diagnosed with a Serious Mental Illness (SMI) or General Mental Health diagnosis under Court Ordered Treatment at our Oak Recovery Health Center.

Full-Time Employment: 40 hours per week
Monday - Friday: 8:00am - 5:00pm

As a Peer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for facilitating various group and individual activities that support and strengthen the member and the families assisting them in their recovery.

Duties Include

• Use your own life experience to encourage and assist both clients and their families throughout the treatment process.
• Conduct assessments, service planning, and service delivery while maintaining focus on recovery and resiliency.
• Create and conduct a variety of group activities for family and clients alike.
• Promote community integration, independence, and self-sufficiency.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough documentation of member engagements.
