Job summary

Terros Health in Phoenix is seeking a Peer Support Specialist to join our interdisciplinary team serving individuals with SMI or mental health diagnoses under court-ordered treatment at Desert Cove Recovery Health Center.

Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday 8:00am–5:00pm at 10844 N. 23rd Ave., Suite 200, Phoenix, AZ 85029. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including 401K, PTO, and language differential pay.

• Conduct assessments, service planning, and service delivery while maintaining focus on recovery and resiliency.
• Create and conduct a variety of group activities for family and clients alike.
• Promote community integration, independence, and self-sufficiency.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough documentation of member engagements.

Seeking a Peer Support Specialist to join our interdisciplinary team working with individuals diagnosed with a Serious Mental Illness (SMI) or General Mental Health diagnosis under Court Ordered Treatment at our Desert Cove Recovery Health Center.

Full-Time Employment: 40 hours per week

Monday - Friday: 8:00am - 5:00pm
