Job summary

Terros Health in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Peer Support Specialist to provide recovery-based services in a community setting. You will share your lived experience to support members and help with living skills training and care coordination.

The role offers full-time employment, 40 hours per week, 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM Tuesday through Saturday, with a comprehensive benefits package including 401(k) and generous PTO.

Qualifications

• Past or present personal experience with recovery is required.
• Ability to provide living skills training and peer/family support.

Responsibilities

• Provide supportive services to members in a community setting.
• Facilitate recovery-based services using your own experiences.

• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of member engagements.
• Promote community integration, independence and self-sufficiency.

Responsibilities
As Terros Health's Peer Support Specialist you will provide supportive services to our members in a community setting and facilitate recovery-based services by sharing your own past or present personal experiences. You will provide living skills training, personal assistance and peer and family support. You will help members with care coordination and help them access additional community supports.
Other duties include promoting community integration, independence and self-sufficiency, as well as maintaining accurate and thorough documentation of member engagements.
