Candidates must complete Peer Employment Training to obtain certification, have a High School Diploma, and possess basic computer skills. The position includes a rotating shift roster and competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of Peer Employment Training/certification required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Lived experience with mental health and/or substance use services.
• Able to pass background checks and driving/policy requirements.

Responsabilités

• Provide peer support and recovery training to individuals.
• Advocate for participant needs and rights.
• Teach recovery tools and life skills.
• Coordinate with clinical teams to arrange services.
