Health Care & Rehabilitation Services of Southeastern Vermont (HCRS) is seeking a full-time Peer Support Manager for Adult Services in Springfield, VT. The role leads integration of peer support across programs and guides a peer support team.

Ideal candidates have relevant lived experience and training in IPS, WRAP, NVC or related fields, with strong advocacy and leadership skills. Excellent benefits and generous paid time off available.

Description

The pay for this position is between $75,000-$85,000 annually.

3 weeks (pro-rated) paid vacation to start & excellent health/dental/vision coverage!

9 paid holidays and 1 week of personal time

HCRS is seeking a full-time Peer Support Manager for Adult Services. This role leads the ongoing integration of peer support and advocacy services across different HCRS programs, consults on the statewide mobile crisis initiative, and provides supervision and guidance to the peer support team. Our ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal, leadership, and advocacy skills and training/experience in peer support. Relevant lived experience is required. Previous supervisory experience is preferred.

• Relevant lived experience
• Experience with community organizing and advocacy
• Training in Intentional Peer Support (IPS), restorative justice, Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP), group facilitation, Non-Violent Communication (NVC), or other relevant areas .
