HCRS (Health Care & Rehabilitation Services of Southeastern Vermont) seeks a full-time Peer Support Manager for Adult Services. The role drives the integration of peer support across HCRS programs and advises on the statewide mobile crisis initiative, while supervising the peer support team. Strong interpersonal, leadership, and advocacy skills, plus relevant lived experience, are required.

Supervisory experience is preferred. Join a team dedicated to improving care across Vermont communities.

Formación

• Relevant lived experience required.
• Supervisory/management experience expected.
• Experience with community organizing and advocacy required.
• Training in IPS, WRAP, NVC or related areas encouraged.

Responsabilidades

• Leads integration of peer support and advocacy across HCRS programs.
• Consults on statewide mobile crisis initiative.
• Provides supervision and guidance to the peer support team.
