Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Build trauma-informed, person-centered relationships with clients.
• Deliver recovery-oriented, peer-supported services.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary staff to provide holistic support.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions.
• Assist clients in accessing services and resources.
• Support CPFS training and micro-credentialling program participation.
