Job summary

Catholic Charities Eastern Washington is seeking a Peer Support Specialist to assist households at Catalyst emergency housing. You will provide recovery-oriented support, education, and navigation of community resources to promote independence.

Responsibilities include maintaining boundaries, documenting, and collaborating with Integrated Case Management to address health needs while upholding HIPAA and agency policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience preferred.
• Lived experience that helps relate to program clients is valued.

Responsibilities

• Provide Peer Support services to Catalyst residents following SAMHSA best practices.
• Teach clients to navigate community services and organizations.
• Manage a caseload and empower clients to solve problems independently.
