Job summary

The Peer Bridger role at Catholic Charities of Central Washington supports individuals from crisis contact through discharge and up to 120 days post-discharge, across Chelan, Douglas, Okanogan, and Grant Counties. The position involves in-hospital outreach, crisis follow-up, and linking clients to ongoing mental health services.

Qualified applicants will have a High School Diploma or GED, a valid WA driver’s license, and a willingness to share recovery experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to drive with valid WA license and insurance.
• Willing to share personal recovery experience and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Engages in hospital and community settings to support reintegration.
• Develops wellness plans and connects clients to ongoing services.
• Maintains EMR documentation within required timeframes.
• Builds relations with Catholic Charities staff and community providers.
