Community Counseling of Bristol County (CCBC) is hiring Recovery Coaches for the Taunton Peer Recovery Support Center to assist adults with Substance Use and Co-Occurring Disorders. Working with one individual at a time, establish Recovery Plans by helping to set short-term goals and motivate the person toward recovery, building trust and hope.

Recovery Coaches work one Saturday per month, and one evening per week.

Qualificações

• 3 years of human service/behavioral healthcare experience preferred.
• CARC Certification as a Recovery Coach preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsabilidades

• Engage with adults with substance use and co-occurring disorders to support recovery goals.
• Build Recovery Plans with clients and set short-term objectives.
• Provide confidential, supportive guidance and act as a sounding board for clients.
