Job summary

Community Counseling of Bristol County Incorporated (CCBC) in Taunton, MA, is hiring a Program Coordinator for the Taunton Peer Recovery Support Center. You will work with the Program Director to oversee daily programming, coordinate staff oversight, and lead member engagement, events, and calendar development to deliver core services.

The role requires Recovery Coach certification and at least one year in a recovery-oriented program; a human services degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Certification as Recovery Coach is required.
• At least one year of work in a recovery-oriented program is required.
• Degree in human services preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license in the state of residence.
• Experience in nonprofit settings, staff management, and policy design is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide Program Director with support on day-to-day programming and recovery services.
• Ensure Peer Recovery Center groups run as scheduled.
• Engage and connect with center members.
• Provide triage support when needed.
• Plan and execute center events with the events planning committee.
• Manage the monthly staff schedule.
• Coordinate the monthly outreach calendar.
• Build relationships with the larger recovery community and partners.
