The position requires MA certification as a Recovery Coach and offers a starting salary of $43k–$45k with an on-site work location. CCBC provides vacation, holidays, insurance, and a 403-b with employer match.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with clients in recovery.
• Engage clients to develop wellness and relapse prevention plans.
• Provide information on community resources that meet the member’s needs.
• Participate in clinical supervision, staff meetings, and trainings.
• Accompany members to appointments using a personal vehicle when needed.
• Collaborate with natural supports and community providers.
• Provide support in difficult situations.
• Training in evidence-based practices.
