Job summary

Assisted Recovery Centers of America (ARCA) seeks a compassionate EPICC Recovery Coach to engage adults 14+ with opioid use disorder and connect them to community-based treatment. Qualifications

• Must be a CPS certified by the Missouri DMH with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field preferred.
• Experience with recovery resources and community services.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for community-based work.
• Minimum of 1 year of continuous recovery from substance use.

Responsibilities

• Engage clients one-on-one using lived experience to support recovery.
• Develop WRAP plans and conduct weekly client contact to achieve goals.
• Coordinate with ARCA providers to identify and reach clients missing appointments.
• Assist clients with accessing resources and navigating external care and services.
• Promote the EPICC program and advocate to reduce stigma.
• Document interactions, maintain HIPAA-compliant records, and report as required.
• Collaborate with Behavioral Health team and participate in trainings.
