Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities are essential.
  • Familiarity with insurance processes and resource navigation helps participants access treatment.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct one-on-one and group support sessions with participants.
  • Assist participants in accessing treatment and social services.
  • Guide participants through insurance and resource coordination.
  • Collaborate with program staff to develop trainings and materials.
  • Document participant progress and maintain accurate records per policy.
  • Engage in outreach, advocacy, and community events to strengthen partnerships.
