Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least two years of sustained recovery from a substance use disorder.
• Certification as Peer Support Specialist within 18 months of hire.
• Must have access to a vehicle and Maryland driver license.

Responsibilities

• Provide wrap-around support and education to participants.
• Engage with participants, track referrals, and ensure smooth handoffs.
• Document interactions in Welligent and support discharge planning.
• Leverage lived experience to connect, validate and motivate clients.
