Qualifications

• Lived experience with mental health, substance use, or homelessness services is required or strongly preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Basic computer/data entry skills are needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct service to clients in home settings, teaching daily living skills.
• Monitor and document client progress and safety in living environments.
• Administer and supervise medication self-management per policy.
• Facilitate groups and support client recovery goals.
• Escort clients and assist with budgeting, meal planning, and chores.
