Job summary

Pacific University is seeking a Peer Learning Program Coordinator to lead the Center for Learning and Student Success (CLASS) at the Forest Grove Campus. The role focuses on directing peer tutoring services, supervising undergraduate tutors, and partnering with library faculty to advance student achievement.

The position is an 11-month annual contract on extended-term track and is based on the Forest Grove Campus. A Master’s degree and experience in academic support are required.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree or higher in education, teaching, or learning sciences; or Master's in another field plus at least one year in academic support programs.
• Experience training adult learners or equivalent activities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage peer tutoring services through CLASS to improve student success.
• Hire, train, and supervise undergraduate peer tutors; provide ongoing training.
• Collaborate with library faculty and campus partners to align services with course outcomes.
• Analyze CLASS data and student outcomes for continuous improvement.
• Promote CLASS services through outreach to students and faculty.
