Atrium Health Union - Pediatrics is seeking an RN for a full-time night shift on a 10-bed General Pediatrics unit. 36 hours per week, 3 x 12-hour shifts, 7p-7a, weekend and holiday requirements.

The unit cares for a wide range of pediatric patients and procedures, with transfer options to Levine Children’s Hospital for higher acuity. Minimum 6 months of RN experience, BLS, and an active RN license are required; BSN is preferred.

Formación

• Graduate from a nursing education program.
• Active RN license with multi-state or single-state privileges.
• BLS certification required; additional certifications may be needed.
• Minimum 6 months RN experience for pediatrics unit.
• BSN preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement, and evaluate care.
• Monitor patient conditions and adjust care plans with the care team.
• Maintain accurate and timely EHR documentation.
• Promote safety culture and evidence-based practice.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
• Adhere to ethics and professional standards; participate in education.
