Job summary

Atrium Health Levine Children’s Hospital is seeking a registered nurse for the 7A General Pediatric Unit in Charlotte. The role focuses on coordinating comprehensive patient care for patients from newborn to 18 years, collaborating with the care team to ensure safety and quality in care delivery.

Experience in pediatric or hematology/oncology inpatient settings is preferred. NIGHT shifts (7p-7a) with 3 twelve-hour shifts per week and weekend/holiday requirements apply.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program.
• Candidates must have at least 6 months of RN experience; this position is not for new graduates.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
• PALS certification is required within 6 months of hire.
• Pediatric or hematology/oncology inpatient experience preferred.
